We have an immediate opportunity for an Assisted Living Housing Director to provide oversight for a 75 bed Assisted Living unit, which is a part of a reputable Senior Care campus. This community is located in the greater South St. Paul area. The Housing Director will have at least 2 years operational leadership experience in the Senior Care industry, specifically in an Assisted Living or Memory Care setting. The ideal candidate will have a history of good survey results, good tenure, and a passion to provide excellent care and customer service to seniors. The Housing Director is responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Assisted Living unit in accordance with applicable company, federal, state, and local standards to ensure the highest quality care and customer service is provided to the residents at all times.

Educational Requirements, Experience and Compensation Package:

Bachelors Degree from an accredited college/university in health care/business administration or related field strongly preferred.
Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD)
Two (2) plus years experience managing an Assisted Living Facility, Memory Care Facility, 55+ Independent Living Community or Retirement Community (CCRC or Life Plan Community) preferred.

We are searching for a Director of Nursing Services ( DON / DNS ) for a very reputable Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in St. Paul, MN. The Director of Nursing needs to possess the leadership ability to manage the Skilled Nursing department, while providing the best possible care and services to the residents. Key responsibilities include teaching, mentoring and developing the nursing team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as State and Federal regulations. Must have a demonstrated history of excellent survey results, good tenure, a hospitality mindset, as well as a customer service focused approach to care. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of MN with a current license, and have at least 3 years of experience in geriatrics as a supervisor. Previous Director of Nursing experience strongly preferred.

Job Type:Full-time

Required experience: 3 years as a supervisor or manager in a geriatric setting, as well as 2 year as a DON / DNS in a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting strongly preferred.

Required education, license or certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Registered Nurse for the State of MN required.
